Poetry reading, with jazz and wine

I am lucky enough to be supporting my musician friends and collaborators, Our Liberated Winter, at an event at the very beautiful St Paul's Church, Armitage Bridge, near Huddersfield. This is where we recorded the music for the I am the ferryman film about my relationship with Benjamin Britten, for which Robin Bowles (piano) and Simon Prince (flute) of Our Liberated Winter provided the very atmospheric music.

This time Our Liberated Winter will double in number and become a quartet. The event will be on Friday the 10th July at 7.00pm, suggested donation of £3.50, including and wine and cheese.
